HONDA ST1100

 

 

The ST1100 Pan European was brought to the USA by rider demand. Built for European style Continental Touring at a brisk pace is built to perform, but in stock form the suspension leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The stock suspension on the Honda ST1100 is under-sprung and over-damped causing harshness over small bumps, frequent bottoming, and poor control when ridden hard and under braking.

Race Tech offers suspension solutions for the ST1100 to provide a smooth, comfortable ride with excellent tuneabilty.

Dedicated kits for the hybrid fork like the GL1800 in which one fork is a Cartridge Type while the other is Damping Rod type with Anti-Dive the kit includes both Compression and Rebound Gold Valves for the Cartridge Fork and Gold Valve Cartridge Emulator for the Damping Rod Fork eliminate flaws in stock forks design; providing a plush, controlled feel and eliminating harshness and chatter over bumps. HONDA ST1300

 

 

The ST1300 is a more touring oriented but still very sporty and built to perform, but in stock form the suspension leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The stock suspension on the Honda ST1300 is under-sprung and over damped causing harshness over small bumps, frequent bottoming, and poor control when ridden hard and under braking. When ridden 2-Up the ST quickly becomes overwhelmed. 

Race Tech offers complete suspension solutions for the ST1300 to provide a smooth, comfortable ride with increased rider feedback and confidence.

KAWASAKI ZG1000 CONCOURS

 

 

The ZG1000 Concours was the first Sport Touring Bike from Japan. It combined sporty handling with touring comfort. The ZG1000 is built to perform, but in stock form the suspension leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The stock suspension on the ZG1000 is incredibly under-sprung with harshness over small bumps, frequent bottoming, and poor control under braking due to poor damping from the air assisted Damping Rod Forks.

Race Tech offers Fork solutions for the ZG1000 to provide a smooth, comfortable ride controlled ride with the advantage of tuneabilty. Regretfully the stock air shock is not serviceable.
