Paul Thede is highly respected in the motorcycle industry. He is the owner and chief engineer of Race Tech Inc, He has been spreading his knowledge and experience of motorcycle suspension with other professionals and enthusiasts for the last 35 years. Paul Graduated Summa Cum Laude from California Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He opened Race Tech in 1984 turning his passion into a career and has created the largest motorcycle suspension modification company in the world.
